New Paragraph

When it was time for us to sell our Chapel of the Twin Cities funeral home, we were contacted by Andrey Semenyuk of Caring Service Group in Folsom to purchase the business. Our contact with Andrey and associates was always respectful, courteous and polite. They went out of their way to be professional and accommodating. We didn’t need to worry about payments which were never late or missed. It was obvious to us immediately they were honest and reliable people to deal with. The final transfer of the title went smoothly because of their help in ensuring all documents were available without any delays. We would highly recommend doing business with Caring Service Group in any capacity because of their honesty and professional dealings.

New Paragraph

When we founded Cano Funeral Home, our mission was to serve our community the best way possible, to provide all our families services with dignity and respect, regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, or beliefs. We had much pride being able to serve our diverse community, and we were grateful for the trust and confidence they placed in us. When we began thinking about retirement, our concern was for the funeral home to maintain that mission. As we considered successors for Cano Funeral Home, what was of utmost priority was that the needs of such a diverse community continued to be met with excellence. We felt very comfortable as we began the sales negotiations and getting acquainted with The Caring Service Group through Andrey Semenyuk. As we got to know the group better, we were confident that they were a good fit for our business. The negotiations and sale process went smoothly and was conducted in a very professional manner. The transition has been one of cooperation and respect for each other. We highly recommend doing business with the Caring Service Group. We have found them to be people of honesty and integrity.

After owning my business for well over 30 years, I knew it was time to start thinking of succession planning. So, where do I begin? I contacted David Adams of Johnson Consulting Group, and after reviewing other succession options, I found Caring Service Group to be the right fit for me.

It was especially vital for me to know my community would receive the same level of service that I provided. I am now nearing three years of my retirement and know I made the right decision with CSG.

New Paragraph

It has meant a lot to me to be able to reconnect with my family in Caring Service Group. At a young age, I was able to see them take care of a brother I lost at an early age. Caring Service Group offered my direct family a lot of compassion during a very difficult time. It makes me very grateful to be able to experience a new job that I would never have thought would be my career path. It also has taken my wife out the fast food business and be able to stay home and take care of our two kids, Adam and Mila. Both my wife, Vanessa, and I are very uplifted by this. Vanessa now can raise our two kids without having to worry about an extra income. To be able to help families at the time of need and help them in any way I can is rewarding. Thank you, Caring Service Group, for the opportunity.

These character traits pass down to all the employees, which creates an amazing working environment and allows us to serve families that entrust us with their loved ones with the same care and compassion.

New Paragraph

I’ve been in the funeral industry for 20 years. My father owned his own funeral home. I worked part time and on call for several years. In 2013, I was hired on full time and was able to work side by side with my father. He taught me everything he knows. By 2016, my father had decided to retire, and after multiple negotiations, he felt great peace with selling his beloved business to Caring Service Group. I was extremely nervous but committed to continue to serve the community I had grown to love. Caring Service Group gave me the opportunity to prove myself and run a place that means so much to me.

In the short time that we’ve worked together, I’ve been blessed. I have a great staff and have made a lot of friends throughout the company. They have proved time and time again that hard work truly pays off. They have motivated me to be better not only at work but in my home. I am grateful for all they have provided for me, my family, and my staff. I look forward to many more years to come.

I am able to help, genuinely care, and provide numerous services to our families who are in need, which is why working for the Caring Service Group is a great fit for me. My coworkers and I have a great dynamic, the atmosphere is loving, and I look forward to many more years and many more families to help by God’s grace.

New Paragraph

Caring Service Group manifests integrity, humbleness, and empowerment. What better than these things to care for hundreds of families dealing with grief during such difficult times in their lives. As manager of one of the Caring Service Group locations, I can honestly say I am proud of what I do and who I work for. Under the leadership of Andrey, Igor, and Lorin, I feel supported when needed but also empowered to find solutions on my own. They understand that true leadership is by growing and building others to be leaders of their own. Their direct honesty towards me is refreshing as I never need to guess about what they truly expect of me. I look forward to each day as I am proud that our team truly cares for each family that walks through our doors.
